Stayed in outstanding double room with the breakfast delicious as well as a nice outdoor terrace. Every member of the staff was cordial and kind. The location was marvellous there, in a very secluded area which was perfect for us👌👍

after travelling around tuscanny/umbria its in a relatively boring bit of sub-arezzo countryside ... but on the other hand Arezzo is only 5 mins in the car and people are really nice and pool and hotel are super

Excellent!- we stayed in 6 different hotels while in Tuscany, and the 'la Capanne' came out at the top of our list. Nice pool, spacious rooms, excellent breakfast with good coffee, the on site restaurant, and the great location. The staff were very helpful and friendly- my wife was very impressed with one waiter in particular?? All in all It's a 3 star hotel which deserves a 4 stars rating .............and I here a voice from my side saying; 'and 5 stars for the unnamed waiter!"

A family gem in the countryside
Upon arriving, we were welcomed warmly by the staff. The spacious family room provided ample comfort, and the pool was a hit with the kids. Dining at the Locanda dei Pilli was a highlight-each meal was like a culinary adventure amidst beautiful scenery.

The air conditioning didn't work properly!!! Finding the hotel was frustrating due to vague directions!!! The limited dining options on certain days dampened the experience!!! Awkward room layouts could use more optimization!!!
